I'm Emily, a thirty-ish ex-Londoner Welsh-person. I've finally given up the security of a comfortable career in London to persue my interests in conservation biology and biodiversity.

I'm expecting this blog to be a general spot to discuss my time in Mauritius, career changing, some delicious food and my many other travel adventures. I might also make a detour into sharing old stories and anecdotes from adventures past, including some blog posts that never made it to the digital form, mainly due to web laziness.
